The appearence of Burrator Good day to ye, citizens of Deepwater. It has taken me same days before I could put pen to paper and write ye this report. It all happened just after Ceinwyn had been abducted by orcs on her wedding night. There appeared a ghostly figure who looked an awful lot like an old brigand I once knew. He was moaning in the way the dead do, and I could nay understand a word of it. Then a woman got up and said she could hear whet the dead man had to say. She was a medium. It was then that I noticed the man seated next to her. He seemed very familiar. Suddenly I recognized his face. It was Burrator!I spoke with him fer as long as time permitted. There is no doubt in me mind it was him. He knew too much to be an impostor, even though his memory obviously had holes. But how can this be? Had we nay buried the poor man after he was assassinated? Burrator told me his soul had been stuck in the abyss after he was murdered. He mentioned that it had something to do with Dardan. I did nay understand what he meant. Had Dardan perhaps tried to save him and failed in some way? How he was given a new body sounded too incredible fer me to repeat here. Let me just say it involved dark magicks. After I and several others spoke with him he became very tired and left with the medium. Where to, he would nay say. I mean to speak with him some more if I get the chance. I still need to find his murderer, and now that Burrator is among us again, I have hope of finally solving the crime. Dirk Captain of the Deepwater Guards Posted by Dianora Three chancellors, one wedding and a gang of orcs Hail to all of you. Last Thursday Deepwater saw the very unusual wedding of the former chancellor of the Spiritwood University Sims Roggran and his successor Ceinwyn. A few hours before the ceremony should be held by Michael, the first chancellor of the university, in the townhall of Deepwater I arrived at Ceinwyns home. As a close friend of her I did my best to get her dressed and, maybe even more important, to calm her down. We finished a little time earlier then expected and so we went to the university campus in Trammel where we met Melodie, Ceinwyns bridesmaid and a few other friends of her. There we heard the first rumors of strong rain and heavy mud in Spiritwood, but were still optimistic all should be happen well. After all the others left for the Spiritwood townhall, Ceinwyn, Melodie and myself waited a few minutes before we were leaving as well, to assure we would arrive as last. As soon as we entered the Felucca facet of Spiritwood via a moongate, we experienced all the mud ourself. We made several trials to reach the townhall, but none of them was successful. So we made the decission to look for an other place, where the ceremony could be held. Because it was much easier to get all of the approximately 30 guests to a location in Felucca Deepwater was picked as location. I quickly got some benches from the tavern outside in front of the fountain and after Melodie, who was "lost" in one of our trials to reach Spiritwood Townhall, also arrived all was setteled to hold the ceremony. Michael held an inspiring speech to the couple and finally the rings were exchanged and the happy groom kissed his also happy bride. For me this was the time to quickly organize a few snacks and more important a lot of drinks for the wedding guests. Luckily I got some help from Harbag, a very nice orc, who seemd to be more interested in drinking the drinks himself then serving them to the guests. So I didn't notice a few other orcs who got close to Ceinwyn and were able to take her away. Not enough, this was also the time when a well known person, we all believed dead came to the town. But because I was much more concerned of Ceinwyns fate at this moment I didn't have the time to talk to Burrator and so Dirk, the new captain of the guards will tell a few words about this. In he meanwhile, even before I noticed the disappearance of Ceinwyn, a furious Sims, accompanied by a few other guests made their way to Nokhmar, where they were able to find the bride and rescue her from a worse fate. Only a little bruised but without serious injuries she came back in the arms of her groom. And soon after the happy couple was able to leave the party for their hopefully less chaotic honeymoon. Tara looses her pony tails, but has a new llama! Hail, my name is Tara and I love llamas. Today I went to Nokhmahr again to see if anything interesting was happening. Unfortunately I was caught by evil Saktoth in their tower. *grumbles* He took me downstairs and there the evil orcs stuffed my mouth with muffins to distract me whilst they cut off my PONY TAILS!!!! ![]() I cried all the way home to Deepwater, but I realised later, things could have been worse. In Deepwater I met Umbro, he had dragged loads of rocks from Ilshenar to decorate the outside of his home. It looked very pretty. Much more important than that though, he had a present for me! A real live llama! I have called it Berry. I love llamas. ![]() After all that excitement I headed down to Spiritwood. There I met some nice people again. Some of them, namely one elf, were a bit stuffy, but most were very pleasant. Kelly helped me with Berry when she had a tantrum. Later on some women got the elf to take his clothes off. This reminded me of Gui's book. They were obviously impressed by something he had since later on they grabbed him and my elf friend Elv'eng to form some alliance or something. I also saw that evil Orc Shaman that cut me with a knife, he warned me he still had my blood. *grumbles* ![]() After this I went home where I met Dianora. It was very exciting to see someone else apart from me, Nagelfar and Umbro in Deepwater. *giggles* I told Dianora all about my adventures, and Elv'eng the elf popped in too. After that I took Dianora to Dreamstone. That prooved to be very dangerous! There were some Orcs who were making a mess in the Tavern. Some of the local residents decided to turf the Orcs out. The battle was pretty short, and the residents did chase the Orcs out of town. One of the Orcs shouted that they would be back. After that, Dianora met the towns Mayoress, and I chatted to Sir Guy and showed him how to be sneeky, but he already knew. *pouts* He gave me some nice Cider though. *hic*. I hope my pony tails grow back soon. Maybe I'll go see the pixies and see if they have some magic pixie pony tail dust. Posted by Alexandra The Bard
Tara meets a Gnome and Pixie! Hail my name is Tara and I love llamas. Yesterday I revisited Dreamstone. There I met a gnome. I've never met a Gnome before, so it was quite exciting. Hal was sort of small and stocky, but a very nice fellow to be with. Not knowing what Gnomes do, I of course asked if he made muffins. With a glint in his eye he replied no, but that he did have a muffin making machine somewhere! Wow! Think of that! A machine that makes muffins, as you might imagine this was quite exciting for me.We had to find it first though, Hal and I looked everywhere for it and we also asked some of the town workers if they had seen it, but they had not, however Hal eventually found it in a workshop. He has given me some instructions and tools to make it work. I will spend all night seeing if I can get it to make muffins! After visiting Hal I took a short nap before heading down to Spiritwood. There I met some stuffy people all sitting on the top of a tower. They were not doing much, so I told them about myself. One of them was an elf like Elv'eng, he pretended not to like me *giggles*. A rather sinister fellow called Spoon also joined us for a bit. Apparently he likes to kidnap Eloise, which is not very nice! I tried to look under his skull, but he was having none of it *shrugs*. After visiting Spiritwood, I headed back up North and ran into some Orcs near the Orc Fort, however they were not alone. Spoon and some other people dressed like him were there too talking with the Orcs. They did not talk about much though. Once Skull and his friends left, unfortunately the Orcs discovered me, and they caught me *grumbles*. They forced me to give them a tribute which was not very nice, but luckilly my muffin machine was ok. Before escaping the Shaman that was there cut me with a knife and took some of my blood which he put in a vial. That was not very nice! I then ran home to Deepwater, but on the way home I heard some nice music in a hut, so I had to investigate! I went inside and met Salix the Pixie! I've never met a Pixie before, so this was exiciting. I think Pixies are like me a little. They like llamas and muffins too! Salix was very nice and gave me a Pixie Statue. I warned her that I over heard the Orcs talking about trapping Pixies using shiny things. Salix is a tree pixie, so I told her about my tree hugging friend Elv'eng. I think they would get on swell. The Orcs attack Dreamstone! Hail, my name is Tara and I love llamas. Yesterday I went back to Nohkmahr to see what evil the Orcs were brewing. Initally I was chased around their town for a bit, but they could not catch me and I think I caught them in the middle of something since Saktoth then led them out of town to the North. I had no idea where they were going, but thought it best to follow them to see what they were up to.As I thought, they were up to no good. They travelled to the fair town of Dreamstone where they proceeded to extract Tributes from the citizens that were there. I crept closer to see what was going on. As I did so, one of the citizens decided to fight the Orcs rather than hand over some Tribute. The Orcs were swift in responding and cut down three citizens! I responded as best I could, but the Orcs were well prepared and cut the citizens down quickly! I had to flee into the town, where I hid. I tried to creep back to the front of the tavern now and then, there was one other citizen still alive who was attacking the Orcs too. Between us we managed to take down two of their number. We kept the Orcs busy enough to stop them burning down any of the towns buildings. The Orcs then left the town, but I could tell by the scowl on Saktoth's face that Dreamstone has not seen the last of these foul beasts. Posted by Alexandra The Bard
Tara goes to the Orc village in search of info! Hail, my name is Tara and I love llamas. Today I went to see what the pesky Orcs were up to. You see last week they left a nasty surprise in our tavern with something un-intelligible written on a note of paper. When I got to the Orc Village everything seemed quiet, but one of them started chasing me around! I was on my magic llama though, so he could not keep up. He got bored and went inside the evil tower. Thinking that was boring I decided to put my llama away and entice him out with shiny things. This did get one Orcs attention, and whilst he looked at them I tried (unsuccessfully) to pass my self off as one of those slaves the Orcs use to sell their lower wares. Initially this confused the grunt I had been toying with, but one of their shamans came out, and he saw through my disguise, I think. He told me to come inside, he needed me to help him with something..... I thought this might be a good way to get some information on what the evil creatures were up to. Sadly I was to be disappointed...... The Shaman told me to stand on a pentagram, and then he tried to get me to drink Mongbat blood, but I refused..... He then asked me to eat some fish he had made earlier. This had a sweet taste to it, so I obliged (It was sort of tasty in a funny way). The the Shaman told me to put a carrot in my mouth, but that I should not eat it......I thought this weird....I did as he intructed. Whilst I held the carrot carefully in my mouth, the Shaman farted around for some time looking for a book. Eventually he found it! Then he started chanting (This scared one of the other Orcs who moved away). When he finished chanting I found myself enveloped in flames! But somehow I was stuck to the ground so I could not move. This was very scary.... I could feel myself being cooked alive. Luckilly after a little while the shaman waved his paw and the fire died down. He then plucked the carrot out of my mouth, grinned and told the other two orcs that, that was how an Orc cooked a carrot! As you may imagine I was horrified at this! And they burnt my new robe too. Well anyway, the moral of the story is, never help an Orc, you will not get any useful information and they may try to cook you! They let me go after........ Posted by Alexandra The Bard
An adventure in Ilshenar! ![]() Hail, my name is Tara and I love llamas. Upon this morn, I heard a knock on my door. It was Mr Brook, who I had not seen in a while. He said he wanted to go and explore some of the newly discovered areas in Ilshenar. I thought that was a fine idea, and I told him I would meet him upon the hour in the Owl's Eye Tavern. I quickly cleaned myself up and prepared my armour and other necessary items for the trip ahead. I sharpened my spear and put some clean bandages in my back pack. Uncle Long John said I should not be out too long since he was preparing his Seafood Stew....... With that thought in mind I got on my magic llama and headed down to the tavern. When I got there, Lacrima and Elv'eng the elf were already there. The elf was being pesky with a book - nothing new there then.

An update from Nystul (via Tara) ![]() ![]() ![]() Hail, my name is Tara and I love llamas. Today I went back to Lord British's castle in Trammel to see if Nystul was doing anything exciting. Silly me, I should have remembered he is a stuffy old codger of a mage! And not only that he had one of the stuffiest men in the realm there too. None other than Conrad Gaveston. I'd heard about this fellow and I recognised him becuase he has the same sort of spammy forhead that his son Videric has. *giggles* Well this fellow was full of stern advice and seriousness. Very boring, if you ask me.

Nystul builds a tower! ![]() ![]() Hail, my name is Tara and I love llamas. Yesterday an elf grabbed me and told me I should head to Lord British's Castle in Trammel. I know this elf pretty well and I trust him, so I did just that! I am really glad I did so, because I had a wonderful adventure. When I got to Britain it was absolutely full of people! I've never been in such a crowded place with people shoving and pushing. Anyway I headed into the courtyard and I could see a lot of people were dragging in supplies and placing them in some boxes. There was some pesky mage telling these people what to do. His name was Nystul and he reminded me a bit of my mentor Dardan Brook, they are both mages, a bit pesky and have beards.
![]() I then noticed the Regent in the crowd and told Mr O'Lion this. Mr O'Lion must be a bit blind though because he could not make him out, but that was okay because I went after the Regent who was trying to talk to Nystul. Nystul seemed too busy to pay him any attention, so I told the Regent that Mr O'Lion was looking for him. He seemed quite enthused by this and followed Peru (my llama) and I out of the crowds to where Pad was still looking for him *giggles*. I thought this was very exciting, I guided the man who owns Spiritwood (he keeps on telling he does not, *giggles* he's so sweet) to the man who owns Britania! And then the Regent started telling Pad to gather this and that to help Nystul in his project. Pad was not impressed by this and told the Regent that he did not trust the man who was responsiple for splitting the world in two. I wonder how Nystul did that? Elv'eng the elf was also there and he seemed bemused by the two men talking about Nystul. Whilst this went on a Guardsman from the Militia turned up. Usually whenever I meet one of these Guardsmen something exciting happens. Did I tell you about the time they arrested me and tried to set fire to me, but a Gobo rescued me? *giggles* Anyway the Guardsman had come to lend his support to the Regent and Nystul. The Regent start reeling off a list of things he needed, Arcane Gems, Clockwork mechanisms and so on. The Guardsman told the Regent rather bluntly that while they had destroyed many Golems and other such things, they had not recovered any of the artefacts these evil creatures dropped since they were prohibited in doing so by their own laws. The Regent was not too pleased with this I think, but the Guardsmen said he would do what he could to aid Nystul. The Regent then wandered off to do whatever it is that Regent's do. I sat with the elf and Pad and we watched the tower grow before our very eyes. I wondered if the Tower was some sort of special llama stable, but the elf and Pad did not think so. *grumbles* Posted by Alexandra The Bard
A tresure hunt. We began our search for those hidden tresures, on a island not far from Jhelom. Long John said he would dig them all the maps for a small payment, witch should be a keg filled with ale. We agreed on that he would recive it after the tresure hunt was over. John picked up his sextant and began to look over the area, while we, tryed to hold the serpents and alligators away from him. Long John began stumbel around, when he soon shouted that he found the location of the map. We prepeard ourself for for battel with those guardians whom seams to guard those tresures. John made his first move with the shovel, and it did not take more then three or four hits into the ground before he yet again shouted: IT IS HERE!!, soon after a large hord of gazers, hell hounds and an orc mage spawned infront of the chest, it was the guardians. I took aim at one of the two gazers and released an arrow towards it, but it barly hit the gazer. Kagonos, a friend and companion from Andune, attacked the same gazer, though he had more luck and the arrow he had released and a success full hit. It didnt take long till the gazer had fallen, along with the other guardians. Long John then began to picklock the chest and got it open, then he asked us all to take atleast five steps away from the chests as it had a trap locked on it. He then proceed to pick up a small rock with he then throwed on the chest witch made a small explotion. It was the trap that had been set off by the impact of the stone. We chosed Kagonos to loot the chest. Witch he did slowly and carefull, to not lure to many of those guardians of the tresure. From there we head out to hunt another, witch lead us the northen forests of Trinsic. The tresure was an easy one, the only guardians were some rotten zombies that crawled up from the ground, but were quickly killed by the archers. I gave the next map to Long John, while Kagonos were looting the chests, and Jehtro Dull and the others keeped thier eyes around the chests for more of those guardians. John then shouted that our next goal were to be the Fire Island, me and Kagonos frowned abit as we knew this were where the Drow village of Nealoth were located. After awhile we all agreed on that we would try get the tresure from the drow, and head back quickly to Deepwater. We soon found the location of the tresure and Long John once again showed his skill in how to dig them up. As soon as he had digged it up a large numbers of guardians spawned, among them were two Dread Spiders, Leech and a orge lord. The Orge lord ran north away from us, why we dont know. But there was a fearsome battel between the other guardians. But we stod victorius against them. And it followed up by that Kagonos began to loot the chest as he had done with the other chests. Although when we were almost done, a drow rode up to use and began claming that we had walked into thier lands, and that we were to pay taxes. I motioned with my hand to Kagonos that he should prepear for the group to leave, we had placed ourself in a circle so it was hard for the drow to surround us. As the drow noticed that we were not willing to pay thier so called "tax", they became slightly hostile and demanded that we were going to pay thier tax on 5000 gold coins, as i did not have that much on me, nor did anyone else, i offerd what i had collected from the guardians of the tresures, witch was about 500 gold coins. As they refused to take this i signaled to I then noticed how Jethro had ran the very same way as me, and toghther we decied to head back to Deepwater were we meet Long John and soon the others arrived too. We all had a drink in the Owls eye, the tavern in Deepwater, and from here me and Kagonos left to the forest Yew. For sure this was not the last tresure hunt we did. And rumors say that the drow are out looking for the tresure that we took from thier island.
